We're one of a kind and
Some of the most-respected brands in the world depend on us to push beyond the jargon and clutter by imagining new possibilities and making them real.
Three years ago, Chick-fil-A launched a resource website that is focused on leadership and talent best practices curated from Chick-fil-A Operators and third-party experts. Before launch Chick-fil-A needed to find a partner that could help find, create and manage content as well as support our team with content strategy, analytics reporting, a weekly newsletter and on-going marketing for the website. KWI was the right choice to not only make our vision for the website a reality but has played an essential role in making the site a very successful resource for our users. The partnership with KWI has allowed our team to expand the support to the Chick-fil-A Operator in ways that would not be possible without their help. The expertise, professionalism along with their contagious enthusiasm has made KWI our perfect partner.

I’ve worked with hundreds of public relations firms during my years as a journalist. KWI has communications finesse, and we at Aflac recognize and champion companies with a similar drive and tenacity. The best compliment I can give KWI is that they are like an extension of our team. They are more than a PR firm, and we’re happy to have them as a partner.

Jon Sullivan, Director Corporate Communications, Aflac Worldwide
KWI came into our organization during a time of great change, both within the communications department, and within the company as a whole. Their team quickly learned our business, established positive working relationships at all levels of the organization and delivered on their promises. The KWI team has been part of the company’s transformation, driving our cultural renaissance, and becoming part of the fabric of our company. A company is only as good as its people, and KWI has found the magic formula for hiring and retaining great talent.
